A non-governmental organization as part of our focus is also birthing, building raising and mentoring people in, mostly all spheres of life from mindsets configuration, neurolinguistics programming, human development, business, leadership and education. Equipping them with skills and know-how that are relevant for a complete 21st century citizen who are transformational in attitude and transgenerational in altitude and who wants to create meaning with his or her life.

Timatimoe Foundation (TAF) has her niche in public and private companies, business enterprise, academic or educational institution, denomination, Non-governmental activities, government organization.

Furthermore, four individuals stood out remarkably during the 90-day mentorship program: Mrs. Ose G. from South Africa, Priscilla Emakpor from Nigeria, Abba Ibrahim from Nigeria, and Favour Aroyameh from Nigeria. Each of them was honored with awards at the closing ceremony.

To educate and equip the African youths and young adults the power of their mind emancipation as a tool to compete on the international level in science and technology, business, ICT, management, education, entrepreneurs and leadership.

Our Founder

DR. TIM ATIMOE

Dr. Tim Atimoe has a background in computer science. Emerging from an unlikely-to-succeed background, he has proven over the years that one should never let their background hold them back. He is a speaker, trainer, author, certified life coach and often referred to as "The Mind Doctor."

With over a decade and half of work experience in the corporate world, he boasts of numerous awards in both academic and professional spheres. He currently holds the position of MD and Lead Facilitator at Timatimoe Consult Limited, a company dedicated to training, development, and human capital growth. He also serves as a Director at Gigstrong Ventures, a business focusing on real estate and construction, as well as Director at Little Jollies School in South Africa.

Additionally, he is a co-founder of Tawdpro Limited Fomer Senior Busines Partner at Banksome Group of Companies. He is the founder of Timatimoe Foundation, which is dedicated to empowering five million young people across the African continent. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC), a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), Certified Member of the John Maxwell Team (JMT), member of National Speakers Association (NSA) USA, Alum School of Eloquence, Certified Neuro Linguistic Programming practitioner. Honorary Fellow of the Africa Institute of Public Administration, Awarded the Epistemology of Leadership & Management certificates, Executive Certificate in Leadership & Management, Lee Kuan Yew Transformational Leadership Model Medal award.

He holds a CMS with Distinction from the London Graduate School, MBA in marketing from IUG university and Doctor of Leadership & Management (DLM), h.c. from London Bridge Business School. He was nominated Ambassador for Global Peace by the United Nations in 2024. Tim Atimoe is happily married to Glory and bless with two beautiful kids Joel and Joanna.

Hezekiah Ejika Onalo

Hezekiah is the founder of Morning Watch International, an organization dedicated to leadership development, capacity building, entrepreneurship, mindset transformation, faith, and innovation with integrity and excellence.

Atimoe Moses

Atimoe Moses is an entrepreneur with nearly a decade of experience and a strong background in Computer Science and Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State, Nigeria, as well as the Institute of Management Information Systems, UK.

Glory Atimoe

Glory Atimoe is a seasoned professional with a strong background in business analytics and administration. She holds an MSc in Business Analytics from the University of Dundee, Scotland, United Kingdom and a BSc in Educational Management from the University of Ibadan.

Going Forward

It has been discovered that the biggest challenge facing the youth today is managing the pressure to succeed in every area of life and finding time to do it. These young ones are victims of peer pressure and in the process of trying to feel among, they lose focus and engage in illegal means. Majority of them have do no know neither have they discovered their purpose. Some have tried and have given up on their dreams, because nothing seems to be working out. Some are at the verge of falling back to level one as a result of Nigeria's current economy situation.

At this point, Nigeria’s youth needs the right push out of their current state for them to land on the right path or for alignment to occur. This is where TAF mentorship programme comes in. Based on testimonies from past participants, we have seen the impacts of previous mentorship program and the response so far are worth giving same privileges to others. Therefore,

We aim at recalibrating youths and young adults. In other to reform our economy, we have to start from the people that are involved, bounded, affected and limited by the economy. The people are nation builders, who have the ability to make or mar Nigeria. To accomplish that goal, we must start with recreating a new mindset, help people discover themselves with personality test and discover their potential.
We also intend to go from different states across Nigeria to hold live events, seminars, conferences on mindset configuration, human capacity building, purpose discovery and potential exhibition.
We aspire to reach out to millions of youth, entrepreneurs, businesses /brand owners and students. For us to tour Africa continent, making every one believe
ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE we plan to collaborate with other nongovernmental organizations like UN, ECOWAS, AU and the likes.
